These terms provide the baseline conditions for evaluating and using Privora Pro. A signed agreement or order form controls where it states different terms.
Using Privora Pro
You must use Privora Pro lawfully, keep account access secure and ensure you have authority to submit client or organization information. Access may be governed by an order form, beta agreement or licence in addition to these terms.
Operational support, not legal advice
Privora Pro organizes privacy operations. It does not provide legal advice, regulatory approval or a guarantee of compliance. Qualified professionals remain responsible for legal interpretation and decisions.
Customer content
You retain rights in information you submit. You grant Privora the limited rights needed to host, process, secure and support that information for the service.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the service reliable but do not promise uninterrupted availability. Beta features may change as workflows are validated and improved.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with security, upload unlawful content or use Privora Pro to violate another person’s rights.
